Control Back Reformer

Using a Pilates reformer enables effective back control exercises, improving spinal stability and back health by transforming each workout into a targeted session that strengthens the lower back, corrects posture, and relieves tension. It guides precise movements through adjustable resistance and ergonomic support - crucial for those with stiffness from prolonged sitting or anyone looking to protect their spine during exercise.

The SENDIAN S2000 series is particularly suited for this type of training: The adjustable headrest fits the cervical spine, while dual-row shoulder pads (8cm adjustable range) prevent overarching during back-specific movements like "spinal stretches" and "supported back extensions." The 197*57*72.5cm platform provides ample space for controlled flexion and extension exercises. The S2001 model's latex tubes (12-40lbs) offer gradual resistance to avoid muscle strain. Folding to 124*55*29cm, it fits easily into bedrooms or home offices, ready to meet daily Pilates needs at any time.

Priced at the cost of one Pilates class (only 1/10 of commercial reformers), it represents an innovative choice for spinal health. Manufactured in a 10,000㎡ BSCI-certified factory in Wuyi, Zhejiang, China, it meets CE and ASTM standards, trusted by Walmart and ALDI. Our S2001 model achieved great success in ALDI Australia (2023, AUD 299) and the UK (2025, GBP 149.99), selling out quickly - proof of the public's demand for accessible Pilates reformers.
