Movement 1. Kneel down, stretch your hands and pull the rope mouth to open and close.
Movement 2. Stretch your hands and pull the rope mouth upward.
Movement 3. Pull your left and right hands diagonally alternately.
Movement 4. Pass the rope mouth through your forearm, and turn your forearm 45 degrees outward to pull the rope.
Movement 5. Pull the rope forward with both hands to expand your chest.
Movement 6. With your palms facing up, hold the rope mouth with your tiger's mouth and do a biceps curl.
